By using this website or confirming a project with TechDreamUp, you agree to these terms. They explain project scope, payments, revisions, delivery, ownership, support expectations, acceptable use, and the limits of our refund obligations.
TechDreamUp provides website design, web development, mobile app development, software solutions, hosting guidance, hardware repair, computer support, and related technical services. Every service may have a different timeline, scope, and support model depending on the agreed quotation.
Quotes are prepared based on the information shared by the client. A project starts only after scope approval and any required advance payment. Features not included in the approved scope will be treated as additional work and may change pricing and delivery dates.
To keep work moving smoothly, the client should provide content, branding assets, approvals, device access, or technical credentials on time. Delays in client feedback can move the delivery schedule.
For custom design, development, repair, or implementation work, we may request an advance before work begins and milestone payments during execution. Final files, deployment, domain pointing, source access, or handover may be held until pending invoices are cleared.
A project timeline depends on timely communication, approved scope, and milestone payments from both sides.
Reasonable revisions are included only within the approved project scope. New page designs, fresh concepts, major layout changes, feature rewrites, or new integrations requested after approval may be billed separately.
Estimated delivery dates are planning targets, not guaranteed deadlines, especially when projects depend on client feedback, third-party services, hosting providers, app store approvals, or hardware-part availability. We aim to communicate delays quickly and keep the work transparent.
Client-owned content such as logos, product data, copy, and licensed assets remain the property of the client. Custom work created by TechDreamUp is transferred for the intended project use after full payment, except for third-party libraries, stock assets, plugins, fonts, templates, or tools that remain subject to their original licenses.
Clients must not use our website, hosting assistance, code, or technical services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, spam, malware, copyright-infringing, or harmful activities. We may pause or refuse service where misuse, security risk, or legal exposure is identified.
Post-delivery support depends on the package or written agreement. Minor bug fixes related to delivered work may be handled within a reasonable support window, while new enhancements, content entry, server migrations, version upgrades, third-party failures, or training requests may require a separate support plan.
Many projects depend on third-party platforms such as payment gateways, hosting providers, Google services, APIs, plugins, domain registrars, operating systems, and app stores. Their outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or suspensions are outside our direct control.
We work carefully to deliver reliable solutions, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, absolute security, or zero downtime. TechDreamUp is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, third-party failures, data loss caused by external systems, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
Either side may stop a project in writing. Work already completed, purchased licenses, domains, hosting charges, diagnostic fees, and approved milestones remain payable. Any refund decision after partial completion will follow our refund policy and the actual work already performed.
We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The latest published version on this website will apply for future use of the site and for new service engagements unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
If you need clarification about these terms, project scope, or billing conditions, contact TechDreamUp.
